We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative / Facilities Assistant to serve our church family. The Candidate will provide administrative support, manage office operations, and assist with daily tasks to ensure efficiency. 

Job Title: Administrative / Facilities Assistant 行政及設施助理
Job Type: Part-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Manage routine church operations
  • Assist in the day-to-day coordination of the church facilities, may include repair and maintenance, security, organize church procurement and hygiene
  • Perform administrative and support for church activities

Qualifications:

  • High school Diploma or above
  • Language Requirement – fluent in English and Cantonese
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word & Chinese word processing
  • Strong team-player with good interpersonal skills
  • Preferred experience with organizational and management skills
  • Flexible 19 hours work week onsite. May required to work on Saturday as needed
