We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative / Facilities Assistant to serve our church family. The Candidate will provide administrative support, manage office operations, and assist with daily tasks to ensure efficiency.
Job Title: Administrative / Facilities Assistant 行政及設施助理
Job Type: Part-Time
Responsibilities:
- Manage routine church operations
- Assist in the day-to-day coordination of the church facilities, may include repair and maintenance, security, organize church procurement and hygiene
- Perform administrative and support for church activities
Qualifications:
- High school Diploma or above
- Language Requirement – fluent in English and Cantonese
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word & Chinese word processing
- Strong team-player with good interpersonal skills
- Preferred experience with organizational and management skills
- Flexible 19 hours work week onsite. May required to work on Saturday as needed
